Help us understand the problem
Include the page address and a short description of what happened. For a technical problem, tell us the approximate time, the browser or device you used, and any error message shown on the page. Explain what you expected to happen and what appeared instead.
For a question about a guide or source, identify the statement or link you mean. If you have a relevant public reference, include its address. For an advertising concern, describe the ad and the page where it appeared; an advertiser’s service is separate from the RevealNames lookup.
What to expect after sending
The confirmation page acknowledges that your request was received. It is not a promise of an immediate email response or a completed correction. Provide a working email address so the team can ask for clarification if needed.
We do not promise a fixed response time. This form is not monitored as an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service in your area.
Keep sensitive information out
Do not send passwords, full payment details, identity documents or account credentials. A page URL and a precise explanation will usually be more useful than copying private information into a message.
