RevealNames provides free reverse phone lookup services for lawful personal use, including:

  • Identifying unknown callers
  • Verifying contact information for personal safety
  • Researching potential scam or spam callers
  • General personal research within legal boundaries

Prohibited Use

You may NOT use RevealNames for:

  • FCRA-restricted purposes — employment screening, tenant vetting, credit decisions, or any purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act
  • Stalking or harassment — using lookup results to locate, monitor, or contact any individual against their will
  • Fraud — using results to facilitate identity theft, social engineering, or financial fraud
  • Automated scraping — systematically querying the site with bots, scrapers, or automated tools
  • Reselling data — commercial redistribution of results from RevealNames
  • Any illegal purpose under applicable federal, state, or local law

No Warranty

RevealNames provides results “as is” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Phone number data may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. Do not make consequential decisions based solely on RevealNames data.

Limitation of Liability

RevealNames and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this service, including but not limited to damages resulting from inaccurate lookup results.

Data Accuracy

We strive for 98% accuracy on registered US numbers but cannot guarantee results for prepaid phones, recently ported numbers, VOIP lines, or unlisted numbers. Results should be treated as informational, not definitive.

Intellectual Property

Content on RevealNames — including text, design, and programmatic data — is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in a jurisdiction of our choosing.
